Come out on May 7, 2011, 10 am - 6 pm at Harriman's Riverfront Park for the annual "Polk Salad" Festival. Free admission that includes live entertainment, pony rides and games for the kids, craft and food vendors, cooking and art contests, and pageant.

Miss Polk Salad Pageant entries must be between the ages of 17 and 27. Pageant is held at 4 pm at the park gazebo.

11:00 Three Rivers Ramblers Square Dancers
12:30 Gene Horner & The Fiddle Shop Band
1:30 Southeastern Cloggers
2:30 Wild Blue Yonder Bluegrass Band
