7th Annual HearthScares Halloween Ball
7th Annual HearthScares Halloween Ball at James White Fort on October 27. Serving up tricks and treats, this annual event helps support Knoxville’s first home. The Fort was restored and opened to the public in 1970 by the City Association of Women’s Clubs. Today more than 10,000 visitors tour the Fort each year and experience the frontier lifestyle through hands-on interpretation including Open Hearth Cooking, Blacksmithing and Spinning. Proceeds benefit preservation at James White’s Fort. Must be 21 or over to attend.
