Make a New Year’s Splash! Annual Polar Bear Plunge to benefit Keep Tennessee River Beautiful and the 9 Lakes of East Tennessee. The fun gets going at 10:00 AM with the plunge set for 12:00 Noon. Also planned is a Parade of Penguins of costumed participants to crown the first annual Ice King or Queen, food trucks, and music and more.
