The mission of the Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival is to celebrate the life and art of Howard "Louie Bluie" Armstrong, nationally acclaimed string band musician, artist, storyteller and jewelry maker who came from Campbell County; and to showcase the music, art, and crafts of our county and the region.
