About Rose Center for the Arts
Housed in a Victorian schoolhouse, Rose Center is the cultural and performing arts hub of the Lakeway area. It features an art gallery, classes, musical performances, a sales gallery, and much more. Annual events such as SpringThyme in the Garden, From Africa to Appalachia exhibit, and the annual Holiday Craft Sale and Open House call the Rose Center home. It is also the location of the award-winning Mountain Makins festival, a celebration of Appalachian culture and folk life.
